NUTRITIONIST
After losing 60kgs herself, Chloe now helps women reach their goals while building sustainable habits and healing their relationship with food. She believes in a balanced approach to nutrition, helping you fuel your body while still enjoying the foods you love without restriction. Over the 8 weeks, Chloe will be providing structured meal plans aligned with your needs and goals, plus education and support to help you stay consistent and feel confident in your nutrition long term.
MIND-BODY EATING COACH
Kristina — founder of Lighterliving with Kricket is a Mind–Body–Eating Coach who helps women move out of overwhelm and back into trust with their body and themselves. Inside this program, she will guide you through simple, practical tools to shift your mindset, build self-trust, and feel more at ease in your body — without adding more pressure. With over 25 years of experience — beginning in the beauty industry as a therapist and trainer, and evolving into a facilitator and coach in mind–body connection — Kricket blends evidence-based tools with a deeply intuitive, real-life approach.
